YORBA LINDA:

TIME ON YOUR HANDS IN YORBA LINDA:

President Richard Nixon was a polarizing politician; you either loved or hated him.  In many respects, he was his own worst enemy.  A brilliant statesman, Nixon excelled at foreign policy - his considerable accomplishments were over-shadowed by the disgrace of the Watergate scandal.  Nixon’s understandable distrust of others often provided for ample fodder for his detractors.

The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Birthplace is not as large nor as expansive as fellow President Ronald Reagan’s.  The translated Watergate Tapes, along with Nixon’s warts and all, are present for historical and individual interpretation and evaluation.  The library is open Monday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sundays: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Birthplace is located at 18001 Yorba Linda Boulevard and can be reached by calling 714-993-3393.
